    GLS ha tentato 2 volte la consegna, noi abbiamo scritto al cliente che il pacco andava in giacenza. il cliente dice che lavora fuori e non ha visto il corriere. il pacco è tornato indietro, abbiamo rimborsato tutto l'importo, non abbiamo neanche detratto il costo delle 2 spedizioni che abbiamo dovuto pagare! il feedback neutro è ingiustificato.
