  Good communicator, very polite and responds quickly (typically same day). Only thing that did wind me up was the slow dispatch time.. basically ordered in from China which I could have done myself. Box and manual states two batteries but only one was there. The item turned up intact and had been packed well. It flies well. Would I use this seller again? Yes.
