  Good communicator, very polite and responds quickly (typically same day). Only thing that did wind me up was the slow dispatch time.. basically ordered in from China which I could have done myself. Box and manual states two batteries but only one was there. The item turned up intact and had been packed well. It flies well. Would I use this seller again? Yes. They were helpful and provided support throughout the order.

  Watch ordered did not arrive. However seller promptly investigated and establish that it had been lost in transit. Seller offered a refund or to send another. I opted for a replacement watch, which arrived the following week. Despite the difficulties with the first watch being lost in transit. The interactions with the seller were always first rate and I would not hesitate to use them again. So overall a positive experience. Thank you.
