The seller advised me to take the tracking number to the Post Office and the GPS information from the delivery scan would provide the exact location where it was delivered. As he said, the Post Office verified that it had been delivered to my next-door neighbor. THEY had not checked their mail for five days and it was in their mailbox, along with a magazine of mine, when they opened it.
