Took about 3 weeks to arrive. Parts were correct and packaged well, was able to complete my model kit as a result. Overall good experience and was glad they offerred this service - as there was no other way for me to get replacement parts otherwise.

Absolutely phenomenal communication. Knew exactly what the status was on my order pretty much as soon as there was an update to it, never really had a moment where I was unsure what was going on. Items arrived in good condition, were exactly what was described and agreed upon, and were packaged well. All in all, I would definitely consider ordering again, and would recommend to others if they happen to need an extra part themselves; hopefully I don't break too many more parts though!
