Ordered item 05.09. 2024 it was delivered to me 1st thing 09.09.24. It arrived v. Well wrapped in paper within a box. It is very light so will need to be weighted down or it will be blown away in the cemetery when the weather changes. It is exactly as described and hopefully will last over the Christmas period outside in the cemetery. I’m not sure how I will weight it down yet but I’ll figure it out. All in I’m quite pleased with my purchase.

Did not arrive and birthday is tomorrow. Just got told it had been posted and basically hard luck. I explained if it arrived after today it would then be to late and I would ask for a returns label and got told 'No chance' and that I was rude for asking. Disgusting customer service.... AVOID

Hi Karen, we both know that I said you were rude because of the aggressive tone of your messages, In cases like this where Royal Mail have delayed a letter I would normally send a free replacement on next day tracked delivery but you were so rude to me that I decided not to bother this time - If you treat people badly they will not help you
