    Even though there was a non-delivery of this purchase (through no fault of the seller) he very quickly issued a full refund without my asking. As it happens the items never arrived but the seller told me that if they did then I should keep them as a goodwill gesture.     I did not receive the DVD but was issued a refund along with an apology and that always goes a long way with me! I really don't know what stars to put as a rating as I did not get the DVD so I just left three for description and dispatch but five for communication.
