  Took over a week to respond to me. Stated the order had been sent, was supposed to be 48hr tracked. Coming up to two weeks and still hasn’t been sent to me and no response as yet regarding refund. Do not trust.

  this item was sent out twice and both times it was refused at point of consignment, courier company delivered both parcels back to me. Customer was made aware and tracking details where sent to them. full refund was issued at no point did we not contact customer. I have messages to prove and tracking details from courier relating to both items being sent back to me as they couldn't be accepted at delivery address. I don't understand how you can say we cant be trusted.
