  Ordered 5 weeks ago, shipped from location indicates a location less than 2 a hour drive from me, shouldn't take long to arrive.. Never arrived, opened an item not received case, seller responded giving an option of a refund or replacement, I said replacement because obviously I still want the item otherwise I wouldn't have purchased in the first place, seller told me to close the item not received case then they would resend the items, now another week since then and no resent items or contact.
