    very fast delivery, reasonably well packed, heater works & seems as new & unmarked, however I'd looked carefully at the pictures and assumed it was ceramic based element as displayed, so slightly dissapointed finding it a std hot wire element, heater not so quiet and very cheap plastic looking-but you get what you pay for & buy cheap buy twice only pay more. Very good comms, this long standing commercial seller just needs to give a bit more detail on the item.

    Sadly my item arrived damaged so I sent an email to the seller. It was answered very quickly and politely. I was given the choice of a full refund or another sent out. I opted for a refund and it was in my bank in a couple of days. Excellent customer care and highly recommended.

    Seller A1 quick delivery. Item as described 👌 well packaged 👏 just a shame amazon can't delivery to the correct address, had to go hunting around the estate for my package. Not the first time this has happened, next time I will open a non delivery report to Ebay. .

    Item arrived. Lovely lilac colour, but the design didn't match the image shown on the listing, and it also it had a broken zip for one of the internal compartments. Still the intended recipient was happy to keep it so the seller was quick to offer a 40% refund. All in all a bargain, but shame it wasn't exactly as expected. Would still buy from this seller again
