    At last, my crisps have arrived!! I'm not sure who is to blame but having to wait twelve days from placing an order to receiving the goods is not good enough. It seems as though it was Yodel's fault but I won't buy from these people ever again. The crisps arrived in a good strong box so did not get crushed on the journey. They are in good condition and were good value.

    What is advertised and what I ordered I did not receive. Instead of the yard stick of oreos I received 4 packets of folded and crushed packs of oreos in a box that was clearly too small. I contacted the seller & asked them to rectify or to give me a discount and I only received one message to say that they “swear down” that’s not what they sent and after that radio silence. I should have read reviews before ordering because they’re very similar to my experience of being miss-sold. I would avoid!

    I sent a message to the seller on Monday 16th June explaining the mirror left in my porch was smashed. It is now Thursday the 19th June l have had no reply. There were no fragile stickers on the packaging. Normally when I buy items from eBay, l am constantly getting emails from the sellers to keep me updated, l had no updates from this seller, last one being 2nd June. I am very dissatisfied.
