  The phone arrived well packaged and promptly, unfortunately the phone had a fault and would not register a physical SIM card or an E sim. When I contacted the seller they offered me a full refund or a similar replacement. We were more than happy with the replacement offered and so returned the faulty phone and the replacement again was received promptly and well packed. Would recommend this seller as all correspondence was courteous and professional.

  Excellent would definitely use again, i contacted them on a Sunday about shipping, they answered promptly. I then placed the order, the phone was delivered promptly and was exactly as it had been described. Obviously when you see brand new phones advertised a lot cheaper than the high street, you are a bit suspicious, but the phone arrived, brand new and to the spec described.....
