    Order was dispatched quickly. When it arrived both worktops and the edge strip had been damaged in transit. The seller replied to my message quickly and offered me a partial refund if I could still use the items. I could, and received my refund in a couple of days,and received the replacement edge strip quickly. Very good seller, I would recommend. Worktop is great too.

    Received an email from Evri on the 23rd stating they tried to deliver package. Package was dispatched on 24th so must have been a scam message. Luckily I didn't follow the link. Tracking number was provided but was not supported by the courier. Estimated delivery between 30th April to 8th May and arrived on the 29th April. Ordering was straightforward and worktop is fine so no other issues.

    Wrong item sent, This was a 2nd order after I received a gloss worktop instead of Matt, 1st time my fault more as I didn't say, seller told me to add a note when ordering again. 2nd one arrives and it's another gloss one, I contacted seller who was so nice and said he was requesting an urgent replacement and would update me soon, I asked again and he replied with the same message, will update soon. It's been a whole week, no update, no replacement and a unhappy buyer

    A* seller, quick delivery, not well wrapped just bubble wrap which was torn , chip out of top corner of worktop , had to take to DIY store to be straightened up and found that the edge sheared off to be less than I needed so NOT actually a metre in length , urgently needed so just going to have to make the best of it and try to disguise a bit so it's not obvious
