    Part sent in poor package with fragile label outside but nothing to support part such as paper/ foam or bubble wrap. Lamp inside was damaged with support mount snapped off and have photos of parts and damage. Was asked to return and used Hermes with cover and sent back. I've had no reply after several messages and no refund or indication from seller.
