    Vous appelles pour vous dire qu'il faut faire une caution de 50€ + renvoyer l'ancien produit + les frais de port a ma charge alors que rien n'a était mentionner. Ne répond pas à vos messages malgré tout ça il a quand même fait le nécessaire pour faire une demande de remboursement et l'application eBay ma donc rembourser.

    Leider kam der Artikel nicht an, da der Zusteller(Hermes) nicht ausgeliefert hat und es wieder zurück geschickt hat. Die Kommunikation mit dem Verkäufer war super und es wurde sehr schnell und kundenfreundlich reagiert. Die Erstattung war kein Problem und wirde ohne nachzufragen vorgenommen. Die Versandkosten finde ich allerdings nicht wirklich gerechtfertigt.
