  Please read! This process went wrong when I ordered the wrong tyres and got worse when I returned them to the wrong address! The seller went round to where they were (recipient hadn't told him they were there) and then issued a full refund immediately, I think that's an outstanding seller, if he's that good when there's been a mistake/error there's every reason for total confidence isn't there?
