    I bought some 49.5mm ×1.5mm replaceable cutters which never arrived the parcel did but it was ripped open on one side with no cutters inside. Just the paper receipt. Which I generally feel the cutters were sent out by the seller and somthing happen in transit but on contacting the seller they basically implied that I was lying and I had the cutters and when i reply to there email saying I'm being 100% honest they just never got back to me and the matter is still unresolved
