  I requested a cancelation the same day I made the order do to wrong item, and they didn't get back to me till three or four days later. They rejected the cancelation, and gave the reason of "the order was already shipped", the order was shipped 4 days after my request to cancel. It was my mistake because I didn't realize where the item was coming from till after. Atleast I got confirmation that it's never a good idea to order from China. Never again, that's for certain.
