  Ordered large rat traps. They sent the wrong design and what arrived were mice traps. Much smaller than the ones that are described in their posting. They offered a 50% refund which I still waiting for. I reordered. Sent a message asking them to send the large rat traps and I have again received mice traps. This purchase has been nothing but a disaster from the beginning. Would never buy anything from this seller again. Would not recpmmend them to anyone. This has been my worst experience

Previous reviews highlight that the items come direct from AliExpress which was the case with my order so the seller effectively sub-contracted the purchase but I’m fine with that - I got what I ordered, when expected, at a fair price so no issues there Happy with the items and a smooth transaction

  Please beware of this seller the worst seller to purchase off I have had nothing but problems with this seller I was lied to and ignored and given false information regarding wrong tracking number my item was never delivered to my address I messaged seller loads of times to be ignored when they finally got in touch was offered 30% discount rubbish a dispute case opened and eBay resolved it in my favour and this seller should not be trading beware lesson learned bad idea to do business with

Opened case in eBay, still didn’t respond so had to wait for eBay to step in and refund the money. During this time the item I purchased was removed by eBay for a breach of its terms. Dodgy seller - avoid
