    The Post Office failed to deliver the initial order, despite having collected the item from the supplier. As soon as the seller knew of the problem a second order was despatched and arrived within a couple of days. Indeed, I reported the problem on a Sunday and was contacted by the seller on the same day. An apology was immediately issued, although it was hardly the fault of the seller, and the replacement sent on the next working day. Can’t fault the communication and customer service. Thanks
