Despite appologies and assurances that he would resolve personally, he then sent message saying how he was going to proceed. Issued a returns label and said I should return watch for refund....very disappointed! I since ordered same item from a different seller and the exact same thing happened. These guys buy from Chinese company who despatch direct.
