  Received my hat unfortunately it came in just a bag and was somewhat bent out of shape. Also it was a trophy not a Panama hat as described. However it would have been a nice hat if it hadn't been bent out of shape.

  I was sent the wrong colour stool and it was also missing 2 of the 4 rubber feet, meaning that it would potentially damage my wooden flooring when used. Contacted the seller and said I'd keep the stool despite the incorrect colour, provided they gave me a partial refund and also replacement rubber feet. They processed a small refund but never addressed the request for replacement feet. I've had to make an at-home modification to make the stool useable.
