Gorgeous dress. Excellent price. Looks just like in the photos. There where some loose threads on the dupatta. I contacted the seller, they responded very quickly, and sorted out this minor problem. Pictures looked nice but in reality, cheap material sewn badly and shreading in places and then sent the wrong size. The event it was for was a couple of days so no time to re order….nor did I want to! I sent many photos of the the faults and after too many headche text…. Finally got a full refund but customer service was bad as they took no responsibility or understood that it was poor value for money nor acknowledged that the size was wrong. Want buy again from this buyer.

She buy one item from our store we mentioned all this things on description on product and also give details on chat. After purchase we tell them if you not like or issues then we refund back your amount. But she not reply anything and then we refund her full amount so she can find anything other. we try to resolve the issues but she not reply us anything. She use the feedback option on wrong way.
