    Excellent service, very friendly and helpful seller / the owner, delivery was quick (a few days from a purchase date), and connected to our computers right away. The copier-printer was in much better condition than I expected, looks like new and printing quality is very good. All for much lower price than a new one. I received a used manual and a 3 months warranty for a peace of mind, but I am sure this printer will run for a long time. I can strongly recommend Munro copiers with no hesitation.
