Item's measurements not as described on listing by over 100mm, and no good for the project it was purchased for. After sending a message (+ 3 photos) to make the seller aware of the situation, it took a further 3 messages and "the threat" to involve eBay for the seller to fully refund the purchase, rather than offer a partial one which increased slightly with each message from them. It's a shame it took them 5 days and that I had to insist for a full refund - hence the Neutral feedback.
