The guitar was lost in shipping, after it got to Florida. The seller had good communication, they were pleasant to interact with, they answered my questions, they offered me a great price too. They promptly refunded my payment and have also agreed to re make the guitar, which I will purchases. Highly recommend.

Iwas able to come to a very amicable agreement with this seller. I don't think you have to worry folks, maybe keep an eye for the tariff thing to settle down but don't be afraid to do business with these folks they treat you well and do their best to honor their commitments.

Seller accepted my return request before I could get a chance to have an Ebay rep step in and help clarify a few things. Seller agreed to pay return shipping but never sent a return shipping label, and then marked them selves as "away" until a future date. This blocked me from communicating with them further about this issue. Had to cancel return because I would not pay out of pocket to return ship.
