  Item arrived as described. It was well packaged, but the plastic covering it arrived in was damaged in places, suggesting that the item should have been packaged in a more secure manner. This was a high value item and I know from experience that it’s usually supplied by the manufacturer in a rigid box. However, I accept that postage from Northern Ireland is expensive, especially for such a huge item and the seller, Music & Piano Centre, offered free shipping, so I was very grateful for this.

  I was unfortunately sent the wrong strings.The package gave telephone numbers to call if there was a problem. The seller was very apologetic and sent an upgraded set of strings which arrived next day.I was allowed to keep the original set which will be useful for my spanish guitar Based on this experience I recommend the seller for providing excellent service.

  Picks as described - thank you. Dispatch and arrival time were very disappointing though. 7 days for something that weighs a few grams is not up to modern shopping standards. No reply to communication either. Package didn't arrive in stated timeframe: messaged seller but had no response.
