  I was unfortunately sent the wrong strings.The package gave telephone numbers to call if there was a problem. The seller was very apologetic and sent an upgraded set of strings which arrived next day.I was allowed to keep the original set which will be useful for my spanish guitar Based on this experience I recommend the seller for providing excellent service.

  Picks as described - thank you. Dispatch and arrival time were very disappointing though. 7 days for something that weighs a few grams is not up to modern shopping standards. No reply to communication either. Package didn't arrive in stated timeframe: messaged seller but had no response.

  Good quality strap and good price. Some confusion about the price: invoice from seller gave wrong amount, but they say they have now fixed problem. Confusing communications from seller. Delivery slow, perhaps because it was over holiday period. However, very happy with purchase.

  Arrived quickly, well packaged. Good eBayer! A+ The bag is what it says it is - a bag to store your Hercules music stand. It fits the BS100B music stand (and presumably others) without trouble. Unfortunately that model music stand doesn't come with a bag - hence the need to get this one.
