WHAT I DO IS PACK UP AND STORE FOR 90 DAYS(3 MONTHS)ALL ITEMS FROM HOUSE's THAT HAS HAD ITS OCCUPANTS REMOVED BY SHERIFF's OR BY THE LAW. THESE PEOPLE HAVE FALLIN BEHIDE ON MORTAGE OR TAXES. THE BANK, REAL-ESTATE COMPANY OR LENDER, HAS TAKEN ACTION TO SEIZE ALL PROPERTIES & BELONGINGS.
IF THE MONEY OWEING ISN'T PAID AND COURTS CAN'T HELP, AFTER THE 90 DAYS THE BANKS OR LENDERS HAVE TAKEN OWNERSHIP TO RESELL. THEY HAVE NO INTEREST IN ANYTHING IN THE HOUSE SO I BECOME OWNER OF ALL BELONGING.
I DONATE A BIG % OF IT TO FAMILIES THOUGH SALVATION ARMY, I SELL WHATEVER I CAN THEN EITHER POST ITEMS FOR FREE. THE SMALLER MORE VALUABLE THINGS LIKE THE COLLECTIONS I SELL.
