The kerb ramps were exactly as described, and my order was processed and dispatched in a timely manner. It's a shame that the carrier was Evri, as they are not great at keeping the customer in the loop, and are prone to turn up with no prior notice of estimated delivery time. That is no fault of the seller, but it does detract from the otherwise Sterling service. Good job!!

The footrest was sent to me with O rings that were too small which meant the item was unusable. I contacted the seller who advised there had been an error at the warehouse. I asked for the correct O rings but they said they didn’t have any which was very frustrating. I accepted a partial refund which I was informed would take 3 days which has now passed and I have had no refund. I wouldn’t recommend this seller. I’m now left with an item I cannot use until I purchase the missing items.

Footrest seems nice but was sent with O rings that are far too small to even hold it up. The seller did offer a partial refund which i did receive, however I saw after that someone else had that same issue previously so seems like the seller is continuing to send with parts that they know aren't suitable. Maybe it'd be better to send with none at a reduced price instead?
