    Was paid £17.90 for online purchase, offered was just goods, no extra postage declared, return online shoppint is legal entitlement, but in this purchase postage is required and refund is reduced, but ebay policies state online shopping as free. Postage is not in offer and therefore refund should be not reduced, no legal reason to provide a picture to continue, looks like deliberately making it difficult to returrn and just positive experience is allowed to continue. Horrible.

    Hello and thank you for your review. We can see you placed an order with us which was delivered. We've checked all our emails, messages and unfortunately we can't find a record of any email exchanges regarding your order. From what i can recall, if your not happy with your purchase and the item is NOT faulty or does not fit the description then the buyers pays for return postage. If the item is faulty or does not match description then the seller has to pay for return postage. Hope this helps
