  I have contacted the seller. I received product and it was damaged. Was supposed to ship me a replacement 10 days ago and still have shipped it and won't answer my messages. Broken piece was not in the box and was obviously damaged before they boxed it up . Cannot use it like it is.

  Part was as described but it was damaged due to very poor packaging, all the metal ears were bent, will do business again if the packaging is better! They used box scraps taped together to ship the product Also took way too long to ship, they created a lable to make it look like it got shipped but it took days before ups got it

  They have misleading advertising, they say that the purchase is for the complete set, and when you buy it and it arrives, only the top part comes with it, you're missing the bottom part. When you write to them, they tell you that's all it comes with.

  I really had a bad experience purchasing this items from this vendor in their website said than is a Firestone brand .but ilI received a different brand I send them an email but they give me the round of round! Nothing but a bs excuses
