These hand warmers arrived today. Although the post bag was in tact it was obvious the package inside had been opened, the box was dirty and had no cellophane around it, the two warmers were not individually wrapped, there is no instructions, there is only one charging cable . A very poor company to deal with and I feel I cannot give this as a present. Please give this your attention and reply with an answer for me.
