Overall experience was positive, and I ended up with an item that I really love. However, it wasn't without issue. Firstly, the seller messaged me with questions regarding delivery that could've been answered with common sense or cursory research. Secondly, the package was wrapped in a way that caused damage to the item during transit (see photo). To their credit, they took ownership of their mistake and partially refunded without fuss. The item arrived quickly and otherwise works perfectly.
