    I bought this as a gift for my mum. The item was delivered really fast and as described. It came in all original packaging with tags. Great price and service all round!

    Ray Ban sunglasses described as polarised but not. Described as brown leneses but were green. Ray Ban labelling stated green when received but seller insisted Ray Ban did not do green lenses. Seller also tried to not have item back because image showed non-polarised Ray Bans. Then seller, upon receiving item, because they were so reluctant to take it back and refund, stated I hadn't returned in the same manner as received. Completely untrue.

    The buyer messaged to check the detail on the item prior to buying. Having realised that the listing was incorrect, I advised the buyer that the item was as per the images which were correct and NOT the description. The buyer then brought the item and tried to imply that they had been mis-sold the item, then admitting they made a mistake, before returning an empty box. EBay sided with us on the case that I raised,
