  These were purchased in a large overstock direct as stated in the description. They are new/unused as promised in the listing. If you want to take additional precautions, you can spritz 91% Isopropyl Alcohol on the product prior to use. This will disinfect. This is the way Department Stores and Makeup counters have tested and sampled beauty items for years. It's also a great option after cleaning makeup brushes.
