  Ordered the wrong ones so I sent them back after a few days in the original packaging I received them in. Bag not opened nor tampered with & the seller charged me for return postage which I understand but then went further & charged me £3.99 saying (not received in original condition) poor customer service from the seller.

  Don't buy from this seller. The mat was listed as fitting my car boot on their website. It didn't. I returned it straight away via Royal Mail, unused and in the original packaging. My refund was only 50% of what I paid as the seller said the mat was damaged. I have asked for a photo of the damage but I have not had a reply to that message. I have had no information sent to me about any damage.
