  First did not send correct label which was his responsibility on top rude communication when I sent back the item he didn’t refund postage which £4 of item value £10 l told him refund 50% postage to make fair!!!! Still item is not good quality like his describe I’m 100% not recommended

We provided clear instructions on how to connect the car charger, which is a straightforward process. It was tested with three different devices, all of which functioned properly. Therefore, we cannot provide a refund for the return costs, as the issue appears to be due to a misunderstanding of the product's operation.
