  The clock received had a noisy whirring sound. I raised this with the retailer through the message function and they very quickly responded to each of my messages in an effort to resolve matters. In the event I decided to return the item &, again, the retailer quickly provided the required paid returns label & subsequently very quickly provided a refund less, of course, the usual return post cost. I was impressed with the service of the retailer including with the speed of the initial delivery

  Strange seller. I was sent less than advertised. They said they'd send the rest, they didn't. I asked for partial refund (to cover the missing goods), they wouldn't refund me. Created a dispute, they asked me to close it to get the refund. I didn't, never close a dispute unless you are satisfied. eBay steps in, sides with me and gives me full refund. What was all that about!? Should have just refunded me the smaller amount.

  Unfortunately, the poles had some rust spots on them. (They must’ve been packed too early or in a cold damp warehouse). The seller initially, offered me a £3 partial refund - which I declined and we negotiated a full refund (including return postage). Thank you.

  Ordered 09/12, arrived today, 21/12. I was being asked for feedback so contacted seller, as hadn’t been delivered. This is a great quality item, new condition with a good appearance. It comes with 5 rolls of tape, so, very good value for money. I would recommend this item and the seller.
