  Strange seller. I was sent less than advertised. They said they'd send the rest, they didn't. I asked for partial refund (to cover the missing goods), they wouldn't refund me. Created a dispute, they asked me to close it to get the refund. I didn't, never close a dispute unless you are satisfied. eBay steps in, sides with me and gives me full refund. What was all that about!? Should have just refunded me the smaller amount.

  I had an issue with delivery, contacted the seller and they replied within 20 mins ! They were very apologetic and solved the issue straight away Very pleased with the way it was dealt with.   Unfortunately, the poles had some rust spots on them. (They must’ve been packed too early or in a cold damp warehouse). The seller initially, offered me a £3 partial refund - which I declined and we negotiated a full refund (including return postage). Thank you.
