Unfortunately for the seller this is a difficult item to send through the post as it is prone to impact damage even when marked "FRAGILE" by the seller. I purchased 3 boxes, the first delivery had one broken box and lid. The replacement delivery of one box had a broken lid and it was very much a case of third time lucky as the third delivery of a single lid arrived in good condition so full marks to the seller for patience and perseverance all dealt with in super quick time. Great service.

Boxes are great! solid and a good size as described. Service was lacking. Ordered on 3rd Jan and got a tracking number the next day. First delivery date was missed and new delivery date was given as 15th. Evri website said they were expecting my parcel but it didnt appear on tracking until 15th Jan - when it was supposed to be delivered. So either a huge box got lost in Evri warehouse or the seller didnt forgot(?) to hand it over for 2 weeks. Once Evri had logged it , it arrived a week later.
