I very rarely leave negative feedback but unfortunately the seller sent me the wrong items, I ordered two of these in black, the item description and photos stated they were black but when received they were grey and therefore do not match the other black features I have in my garden. I reached out to the seller the day they were delivered but despite it being well over a week I have had no reply from the seller to put the situation right. For lack of customer service I would not buy from again.

WAITED MANY DAYS FOR THIS ITEM, THEY PUT TRACKING DETAILS ON. I CONTACTED COURIER NEVER EVER SENT TO THEM. THEN THE PRICE DOUBLES ONLINE. IF YOU WERE TELLING ME SORRY AND REFUNDED ASAP THIS FEEDBACK WOULD NOT BE ON HERE, INSTEAD MAKING ME WAIT FOR AN ITEM THAT NEVER WAS COMING 0/5 STARS FOR THIS SERVICE AND NON DELIVERY.
