  Great seller, very communicative, and handled a shipping issue on eBay's end with no hassle required of me. One of the segment rings arrived damaged and they quickly resolved it. The damaged ring 100% was damaged in transit as the seller had done a great job of securely packaging the rings but it was obvious that someone had stomped on the package (the plastic case inside for the damaged ring was shattered. Overall great seller - highly recommend them!

  I had made two previous attempts to reach out to this seller. I had bought from them in the past and had a smooth transaction. However! This time I was reaching out to them about not receiving the orange topaz nose ring that I had ordered. I asked if they knew where it might be along the shipping or if in fact they shipped it? Two different times I emailed that seller. The first time they said something about sometimes the mail is slow. The second time they never answered me at all.
