Then when the tracking arrived it was coming later but still the day before I needed it. Then when I tracked it it said that the address was insufficient. Then I spend an hour to Parcelforce who tell me the seller did not put our house number on the address label. In order to get it in time I had to pay £12. The seller is refusing to cover this even though it’s their mistake
