    Arrived with a continental two pin plug. It was not obvious in the advert info that this was the case. Item was not usable until I had been out and bought a three pin converter. Although the information was there telling me this fact, it was right at the end of the product info in small print, which I missed. I find this kind of selling to be unethical and the information should have been printed large on the advert. Seller seemed disinterested but later offered a £5 refund. I couldn’t be bother
