Seller and item, absolutely no problem. Couriers(Fedex) appalling. advised that it would be delivered on Thursday, didn't actually get here until Tuesday. despite the depot being only 10 minute away from the delivery address. Also packaging was badly damaged, although to be fair the contents were complete and undamaged. Given that it was several thicknesses of really strong cardboard, not quite sure how they managed this. Still, as I said, product undamaged so no real harm done.
