    Connexion Electrical initially sent me the wrong item, but after I contacted them via ebay at 6:50pm, they responded within 2 minutes and after asking me to confirm the mistake by sending them a photo of the item I had received, they immediately apologised and said that they would send me the correct item via a next day delivery service (which they did). Now that is what I call exceptional customer service! As a result, I would have no hesitation in buying from Connexion Electrical again.
