  Had to pay VAT at 20% but postage was free. Packaging good. Goods as described. Value good. Order was not posted. Sellers reason he had checked stock and was out of the 3 mm size ordered. Cancelled order which refused. Involved Ebay Customer Help. Seller then full filed my order which arrived today 30h September. Very pleased with the 3 mm facetted 5 strands of citrine, but be careful as same items seem to be sold at different prices.

  I found the seller to be extremely helpful and responded very quickly to all enquiries. Unfortunately the bracelet was lost by the delivery company in transit. The seller gave me the options of sending another or a refund. I eventually opted for a refund as the delivery company had lost two packages. No fault of the seller and they quickly tried to find out what had happened and processed the refund. Such a shame as the bracelet looked lovely, but the Sellers customer service is excellent.

  Disappointment turned to Happiness! Somehow 3 bracelets I ordered at different times never made the trip! When I got a text about ordering more items I let him know about the bracelets I didn’t receive. Immediately he checked his records and showed no delivery. Within 1 week, 3 gorgeous beaded bracelets. 2 Orange Carnelian Faceted Gemstone and gold filled Chain. The other was Peridot and Gold. The quality is great for the price! Many thanks! I will order again soon!
