  The product was a counterfeit. Very similar label and packaging to the original but it was obvious that it was a fake – different logo, different label (home printed!) and the consistency and smell of the product completely different. The seller was difficult at first offering twice only a partial refund (I offered to return the product, they said it was not worth the money of postage!) but in the end they gave me a full refund. Beware if a deal is too good to be true!
