    Great service from this seller. The package delivery was quick but on arrival the plastic case was broken on the hinge. However the seller reaponded with in minutes of notification and posted a replacement case. I accept things can go wrong but this is one of the fastes responses I have had to an issue. Can only say thanks and recommend this supplier.

    Terrible service from start to finish with this seller. Fan box was in a right state and taped up, fan was scratched to bits and looked used. Looks like this has been sent out multiple times and returned due to the poor condition of it. Messaged seller and just got ignored. 100% will never use again, awful seller.

    Avoid Avoid Avoid I ordered a light fan from this seller the box was damaged when arrived and also the remote was missing I opened and case with eBay seller got back to me and said that he had sent out a replacement remote which was lies and also gave a false tracking number had to get eBay involved to get my money back 😡😡😡😡
