    Great service from this seller. The package delivery was quick but on arrival the plastic case was broken on the hinge. However the seller reaponded with in minutes of notification and posted a replacement case. I accept things can go wrong but this is one of the fastes responses I have had to an issue. Can only say thanks and recommend this supplier.

    What happens when things go wrong Controller delivered broken, sent a picture to seller. Within a couple of hours got a notification off Evri saying they had my replacement parcel. All delivered well. Works great, as appears in picture. Very happy with how the seller dealt with the issue. A++

    Terrible service from start to finish with this seller. Fan box was in a right state and taped up, fan was scratched to bits and looked used. Looks like this has been sent out multiple times and returned due to the poor condition of it. Messaged seller and just got ignored. 100% will never use again, awful seller.
